Hi, I’m Faith – the founder of SoundByFaith.
For years, I shared sound meditation informally with friends and family, drawn to its ability to calm the mind and nurture the soul. In 2022, the birth of my daughter gave me a new perspective—and the space to follow my dream. I used that time to train as a Level One Gong & Sound Practitioner, turning a long-held passion into a purposeful practice.
Meditation has always been a grounding force in my life. It’s where I find clarity, creativity, and peace, especially during life’s more challenging moments.
Sound bathing, in particular, continues to surprise me with its transformative power. The way it calms the nervous system, clears mental fog, and restores balance.
Today, I offer group sound baths and collaborative events with other talented wellbeing practitioners in my local community. I created SoundByFaith as a welcoming, inclusive space where anyone—regardless of experience, can slow down, reconnect, and deeply relax.

PLEASE NOTE the events may not be suitable for the following:
• 1 & 3rd trimester pregnancy
• Pacemakers
• Epilepsy
• Bipolar/schizophrenia
• Sound sensitive health concerns
• Metal implants
• Tinnitus

Cancellation policy
Most events noted above are non-refundable should you wish to cancel your place, however, please feel free to gift your place to a friend or loved one by contacting SoundByFaith in writing.
Stanton under Bardon events can be cancelled with a full refund with more than 7 days notice. When cancelling within less than 48 HOURS prior to the start of a class commencing start date, you will be offered an alternative date depending on availability. With less than 24 hours notice of cancellation no refund or alternative start date will be offered.
Holidays and sickness policy: Regrettably I cannot offer discounts or refunds to cover holidays or sickness.
In the event any sessions have to be postponed by SoundByFaith due to unforeseen circumstances an alternative day and time will be offered or a refund for that session missed if unable to attend the catch up session.
